Something stirs within the massive sprawl that is the Hong Kong Free Enterprise Zone. Amidst the normal filth and suffocating crowds of metahumans crammed into such a tiny space like sardines, among the BTL junkies and the wage slaves meandering about like corporate drones, among the constant barrage of neon lights and AR ads hocking the newest wonder drug, there is something darker lurking.

The Walled City, a social experiment gone wrong and left to rot. People talk of it like it’s the lair of the bogeyman, but for the most part if you don’t live there, it is ignored and avoided. For those living in its shadow though, they can sense the growing darkness emanating from it, even if they don’t know it.
